As a seminar speaker I have had the privilege to lead seminars on 5 continents and 17 countries, I have enjoyed them all. I do get tired while traveling, but never tired of travel. Along the way I have learned a few things that I pass on here. There are three components to my travel philosophy: Spontaneous planning, cultural acclimation, technical logistics.
Wether traveling or at home food is an important part of my life, good restaurants, and creative cooking at home. So I write about places I eat, and foods we cook – hoping to give some ideas for you to try.
